I am super pissed off at Super Green Hosting for stealing money from my bank account. I repeat they stole money from me.
The story goes "I signed up with them and I immediately cancelled my account with them as they wanted me to fax a copy of my photo id and a check. That sounded like a scam to me so as I said I cancelled. Okay so as the months roll by my business account was unknowingly being charged by them as I have a bookkeeper and the only thing that was ran past me was that I was paying for hosting fees. My hosting fees amount to around $1,200 and span across a couple of companies so as I said we didn't really catch the small $60 per month fee. When I did realize that this was happening I called them and they said that I never canceled the account . When I sent them the original email they then proceeded to tell me that I had 2 accounts which was a total lie and that I wouldn't receive a dime back. While I am not going to sue for such a piddly amount I will voice my frustrations to others and warn them to NOT SIGN UP WITH SUPER GREEN HOSTING".
There are plenty of good hosts out there, go with another one.

My client ordered a domain and hosting account Saturday morning; it's now Monday night and the site is still not live. I called support ... this last time, after reaching a human being -- he put me on hold for 20 min, came back and I've been back on hold for another 15 min. I'm still waiting... while I'm writing this.

SuperGreen absolutely rocks! I am so glad I went with this host. Customer service actually is excellent – but I didn’t call, I e-mailed. Got a response in 1 hour and they fixed the problem for me within the next hour. Very, very nice people. Loads of programs and scripts – even thought I typically build a website myself writing my own code, there’s no need to here. I had my site and blog up within a week. (That’s excellent ‘cuz I only worked part-time on it, maybe 2 hours a night – I’ve never gotten a site up in less time). I am very proud to use SuperGreen and recommend them to everyone! If only every company was so helpful and customer oriented!

I have been with hostgator for the longest time, and loved it. Recently heard people talking about supergreenhost, that got me interested. Therefore, I did a little research myself.
SuperGreenHost if I did my research right, read from credible sources, SGH is part of JustHost, which is also one of the better hosting companies there is. SGH rated as the 1st host in besthosts 2008.
Read some bad reviews with titles, "SGH scams?", "SGH sucks"
How about go and google, "hostgator sucks" and see how many sucks reviews hostgator has compared to SGH?
