WooThemes is a project started by three respected designers – Adii, Magnus Jepson and Mark Forrester – whom all share one thing: their passion for WordPress. All of the themes available on WooThemes are 100% unique.
WooThemes does a great job at keeping the CSS and PHP files nicely coded so they are easy to follow.

Evaluating WooThemes’ ease of use is a bit difficult since they offer so many different themes. And, while each theme is a bit different, a few common threads emerge across the portfolio of themes .
Installing and activating the theme is a fairly simple process. However, the initial result can be a bit jarring if you’re expecting to see something very close to the demo site featuring your chosen theme.
With over 50 themes available and multiple color schemes for each theme, you can almost guarantee a unique look for your blog by simply adding your logo. However, WooThemes does have a unique look, so your readers will be able to tell where you got your theme from, but that is not a bad thing if done correctly.
WooThemes provides some of the best looking themes on the market for Wordpress, but they are heavily image based. What does that mean for you? To get a really unique look out of a WooTheme, you are going to have to edit some image files and not just straight css. This also…typcially…makes your site load a little bit slower than the guys running a plain white Thesis Theme layout, but that is the price you pay for having a unique look on your blog.
If you choose to join the Woo Themes Club you get full access to all of their themes, with new ones released monthly. This means that whilst you club subscription fee stays the same you get access to more and more themes which means this club becomes more and more value for money as time goes on.
Subscriptions to the themes club are purchased in 3 month periods for both single and developer licenses. With a single license you can run up to 5 concurrent themes or if you go for the developer license you can run unlimited license, which of course you can use as the basis for all your client projects.

I've tested many themes before choosing WooThemes. The problems which I found with them is their graphics and interface is not good looking. But now after taking good decision WooThemes have provided some of really great themes for my sites. Their graphics are awesome and good looking.

I have used woo themes for quite a few blogs that I have been involved in the past.. I love woo themes because they are soo easy to work with.
One thing about wordpress themes is the fact you have to play around with code to be able to add banners in certain places and do some custom work..
but all woo themes come with lots of option built into each theme and makes customization a breeze. I think of woo themes first if I need a theme for a blog...
