WP Cloner is not the cheapest plugin but I’m pretty happy with it. It does what it says it will do. I wish it would work faster though.

WP cloner does what it promises. As a customer, I am satisfied.
although its not a cheap product, but it ease the long hours needed to pump blogs.
Just manage one setting, and auto apply to all WP blogs is awesome! Eliminate all hassle!
